Entire Redecoration

Objectives: 

The main objective of this project was to decorate the entire building, both internally and externally. This project spanned over a two year time frame! It was completed to the highest level and within scope.

The Challenges

This project brought with it, many challenges. Firstly the age of the property added to the complexity of the work. We were challenged by adverse weather conditions and even fallen trees!

As with all our work we planned accordingly and overcame challenges using our vast experience and expertise. Despite facing unforeseen challenges we were able to complete the project on time and with budget.

Small Garden transformation

Garden Transformation

Location:   Chester

Objectives:

Overhaul the garden to provide a low maintenance space, working within the existing patio and spatial parameters. The project included; the installation of artificial grass, erection of high quality fencing, creation of borders and installation of dimmable lights.

The Challenges

The challenges within this project were centred around limited space and access. We overcame these by thorough planning at the outset. Clear communication with those affected by the fence installation allowed the job to run smoothly and be completed on time and within budget.

As with much of our exterior projects, the challenges tend to arise around access. We pride ourselves on being able to find solutions to even the greatest of challenges. We are able to overcome all access issues whilst abiding to the highest safety standards at all times.

We plan thoroughly at the outset in order to make the necessary access arrangements with third parties, ensuring that the job is done on time and within budget.
